<p>In 2012, Russia provides financial support for public investments in Abkhazia in amount of 4.863 billion rubles. For the years of 2013-14 funds for this purpose are not provided any longer... Radio voice: “Golden rains which came along with the northern cyclone will disappear by 2013”. Abkhazian official: “First time in my life I’m not happy about the weather improvements”.</p>
